New EU Shipping Rates for 2021

For all orders shipped from 4th January 2021 Diamond Golf will operate a simple flat rate charge based on order value. There are three tiers of charges depending on the value of order, as follows: –

Tier 1 – Standard Rate
Tier 2 – 50% Discounted Rate
Tier 3 – FREE Shipping 

The order value levels used to determine the tier for your order will depend on which country you are based. Please refer to the table below for the freight rates and tier levels for your country. 

Duty/Tariff Charges

We are sure it will not have escaped your notice that the UK Government has been in protracted discussions with the EU leaders about the possible arrangement for a ‘trade deal’. We all have been hoping that these discussions bear fruit but as of today there still is no decision or agreement.

If the final outcome is that there is no deal then it is very likely that there will be a tariff charge for goods imported from the UK. We have no control over this decision nor the rates for the tariff. However, we hope that this new flat rate shipping charge system will go some way to ensuring that all of our customers in Europe will have the opportunity to continue ordering their clubmaking and club repair supplies without a considerable increase in the import costs.
